Cross Creek is a group of smaller villages that lie along the northern side of Cross Creek Boulevard in the heart of New Tampa. There are approximately 750 homes in the Cross Creek community. The villages enjoy close proximity to all of the New Tampa amenities like the New Tampa regional library, the Cross Creek Centre and the New Tampa Little League fields. The community is a mixture of single family homes ranging from the low $200s to the $400s in gated and non-gated villages and apartment rental homes.

Each village has its own special feel and some have amenities like playgrounds, tennis courts or basketball courts.
