The Hunter's Green is the second oldest and most mature community in New Tampa after Tampa Palms. The community is guarded by two 24-hour manned gatehouses and its 1400 acres are beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. The community is a mixture of approximately 1500 condominiums, villas, single family homes and custom estate homes ranging from the mid $100s to over $1 million.

Its amenities consist of athletic fields, a playground, an outdoor fitness trail and tennis courts plus miles of gorgeous walking paths. Additionally, the Hunter's Green Country Club is situated within the gates of the Hunter's Green community. Although a private club, many members of the community are also members of the club and there is a thriving social dynamic within the community.
