Jason, originally from London, was previously the Chief Operating Officer of a leading Bankruptcy Barristers Firm in London for 15 years and was in real estate in Manhattan & Brooklyn prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Dyan, originally from New York, was previously a corporate finance lawyer in Manhattan for King & Spalding, a major worldwide law firm. Since relocating to Tampa in 2001 and as of January 2006, Jason and Dyan have closed over 230 transactions totaling approximately $55 million in property value. They bring the strength of their corporate backgrounds in law joined with their knowledge of the real estate market together to assist you with your real estate needs.

Jason and Dyan are qualified as Cartus certified relocation agents.  Coldwell Banker, based on certain top producer criteria, choose certain agents to train to become certified relocation agents.  Through these certifications, Jason and Dyan are able to represent Buyers and Sellers whose companies have relocation contracts with Cartus and the Coldwell Banker Relocation Department. 

Jason & Dyan are qualified to accept Buyer and Seller Sirva Relocation assignments.  Sirva Relocation, through a thorough application process, determines qualified agents in each geographical area to accept relocation assignments.
