Meadow Pointe, often called the gateway to Pasco County, sits right on the Pasco Hillsborough County Line to the East of Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. A large 1,724 acre master planned community Meadow Pointe is divided into Meadow Pointe I, II and III. This community is a mixture of single family homes, villas and townhomes ranging in price from the late $100s to the $500s.
