Buyers represented by a real estate consultant generally do not pay a fee to the Realtor® for their services, the Seller pays a commission to the real estate consultant for bringing a qualified buyer to purchase their home. The only fee you will pay in connection with your representation by a Coldwell Banker real estate professional is a professional services fee to Coldwell Banker  - the fee is $295.00 and is only applicable if you complete the purchase of a home.  This fee will not be due if, for any reason, the closing does not occur.  When you interview other real estate professionals, be sure to ask about what fees they may charge - they vary Broker to Broker.
