Jason & Dyan Pithers are the founders of Tampa Real Estate Consultants, a unique group of real estate professionals.  We are a group of dynamic individuals who are focused on providing excellent customer service.

Our mission statement is " Uncommon Professionalism, Uncommon Results ".

From 2002 to January 1, 2007, our group has closed over 324 transactions totaling approximately $78.4 million in real estate.  In 2006, our group closed 106 transactions totaling approximately $37.9 million.

As we personally monitor the progression of the transaction, we are assisted by our full time Transaction Manager, Karen Tacti, a Showing and Feedback Agency and our Graphic Design Consultant.
